Fjordur BIG fish? anyone got a spot?

I'm trying to tame a Shadowmane thats a high level. I'm a single player and my map is fjordur, thanks!
Top Comment: If you have a bat, the purple cave on the mainland, opposite the volcano, has a small pool in there that i get some 2+ size ones and some 1.2-1.3's in it. Kill the rest and come back and get more when respawned. The spinos etc on the upper level leave you alone usually.

I kid you not but retention ponds are actually pretty quiet destinations. Especially the ones that have a ditch flowing to a river. I'm one of those weird fishing guys who does experimental trips in random ponds. I rarely have seen anyone fishing them.
Mostly will be bullheads and carp in there which aren't the most desirable species but action is action. Small worms or corn will yield action. Be sure to pick up your trash and absolutely do not eat the fish.

Top Comment: A simple fishing spot I saw on the sub before was the inside of the flow battery temple Jina takes you to near the starting shrine, the river ravine you get the glider quest to cross has two pretty decent fish from no worm fishing, 20 gold for the common fish and the rarer fish is kinda cute imo (might be weird for thinking that), plus only boots for trash, and I've gotten a decent chunk of chests out of it. I'm sure there's definitely much more efficient and helpful spots though, that's just a good early game one to get like, 600 gold an inventory
What is the best place to fish for money?

I have the Poseidon Rod and I'm currently fishing in the Veil of the Forsaken, but I want to know if there is a better spot for money.
I plan to go straight from the Poseidon Rod to the Ethereal Prism Rod, but it's gonna take a while. Also, is there any rods better for money making that are fairly easy to get? (Yes, I know the Heavens Rod is better in many peoples opinion, but I'm to lazy to get it and the Poseidon Rod not only could boost fish by 5x value, but there is a chance to outright give you money, which adds up over time)
Top Comment: Wait is Poseidon rod better than zeus rod in money making been using the zeus rod cause i can't open the Poseidon trial cause of ancient meg and other shark
Best place to fish for XP?

Level 93 (at the time of posting), and was wondering what the best location is to fish for XP.
Top Comment: Go to Forsaken and look for a waterfall on the mountain. There is a pond below that you can fish from. It gives a high-selling mythical fish and alot of XP. I'd recommend using Clever Wisdom Rod.
Need help! How to track achievement for spotting every fish in the spy glass?

I honestly never used the spyglass once in my first play through and already beat the game. I just realized one of the achievements is spotting every single fish in spyglass. Do I just need to go back to every fishing spot at this point and look at them? Is there any way to track this other than basically pen and paper?
Top Comment: As far as I'm aware it isn't every specific named fish, just each category of fish. That is to say you just need to view a Shallows/Coastal/Oceanic/Volcanic/Mangrove/Abyssal/Hadal/Dredge(?) fishing spot.
